I know the basics like GPR, accruals, Variance- but what are other reports you review?

I also like to look at the: Profit and loss comparison quarterly12 month cash flow expanded Delinquency Move outs

Renters Insurance compliance, Asset tracker (tracking installs of carpet, plank, appliances, reglaze, water heaters, a/c units, full or partial paints etc), amenity tags for pricing. Those are a few.

I love showing my marketing KPIs and how much it costs them to get a lease from and ILS.
