I send out notices via email and to unit. 1st time right after late fee day. The 2nd time @4ish days prior to the new month.
There is also bulk email that goes out 1st, 10th (last day before late fee) and 11th (late fee day)
Ah, sounds like you have a system in place good stuff! Quick question for you. Are you utilizing notices as your sole follow-up method? If not, what other methods do you use?
