How do you manage RSVPs to resident events was created by Mary Vakos

How is everyone managing rsvps for resident events? We have just added a pool and a community room and are planning a welcome house. I could send an email but would have to weed out hundreds of potential emails. I'm hoping someone has a better idea.

If you are using the Microsoft Suite, you also have access to Microsoft Forms. You could create a form and send out the link, embed on your site to get responses. As people respond, you'll have them organized and can download an excel sheet.
