Currently using Sage Timberline software and looking to transition to a new property management software was created by Joanne Bertscha
Currently using Sage Timberline software (only at corporate level) and looking to transition to a new property management software for both our corporate office and all of properties. Suggestions for a relatively easy, cost effective, user/friendly property management software? Thanks for any feedback!

I’m on Yardi and even after 12 years on it- I still hate it. sorry to all the Yardi lovers.

I'm familiar with only AMSI, OnSite and Entrata. I'd go Entrata 100%.
