Stephanie McCusker I was doing my own bills and had Realpage for resident billing. I was then taken by force into Conservice territory. Then my next site used it too. My photo is right next to yours on the Dartboard - one for each property!
Stephanie McCusker - I agree… and my picture is probably right next to yours. When I was onsite with Pegasus, I noticed discrepancies in our billing and started asking questions. Found that they were billing residents that shouldn’t be billed and vice versa also were billing incorrectly. I looped in our HelpDesk and after reviewing months of billing, they ended up owing us almost $16,000.The best company that I have used in the past was Ocius. They were accurate, easy to use and very helpful. Good luck!
Just sayin’ - when I was a Manager, I had my utility log, recovered usage, and paid my utility bills on time. Didn’t take me more than an hour a week - at most. Why did we make things so hard????
Brian Lauro Lol. I am both. Just glad everything but electric is included for my residents and don't need to try to explain the fees and breakdown of 3rd party utility bills.
ReSynergy out of San Antonio. They are the best company I’ve ever used for utilities. They are there for you no matter what you need. The billings always accurate and it’s just a great experience to work with them!
Caroline Ferguson with southwest utility billing - houston based, they integrate and are affordable and accurate!AMS with inhabit IQ is good as well and has some additional options and has some more bells and whistles than southwest utility billing -
Studebaker Submetering. I have used them for about 5 or 6 years and they are great. Submetering, RUBS, flat rate, they do whatever you need. The integration I have between them and MRI works great and they are quick to respond if you need them.
We had conservice and now use real page utility management. As far as water bills, we are rubs metered so we use Multifamily utility company for billing residents back.
