Are you converting more leads to leases?
We use Rently and have had no issues. We get immediate notifications on tours scheduled, check ins, and check outs. It’s not fully integrated with Entrata for us but I’m working to see if it can be and have a request in with my corporate office. As of now, we have to enter the guest card. I’m not familiar with the other option you listed.
Amanda Rupp Lynch We have been using RENTLY; it seems people don't want to pay the fee to tour our apartments. We have two apartments and have not had anyone tour them for a month; people inquire about our apartments all the time. We refer them to RENTLY and then never hear from them again.
