SW Missouri $30 per adult app fee. No deposit. Non refundable reservation fee $350+ depending on size of apartment

Aiken SC, $75 application fee per person, $150 administrative fee, $200 holding fee ( normally we have a waitlist )

I am old enough and been in the business long enough to remember -0- app fee. And admin fee, what is that!!. Started charging them in the late 80's But in Houston, I now charge 75 app and 100 admin fee.

Colorado-you cannot make income off application fees so we can charge what we are charged. Admin fees are in the gray area right now but if we charge admin fees we should be able to justify what we are charging by explaining what expenses we have that the admin fee is covering.
