Everyone on my team at Rangewater from on-site to corporate are great people. I actually really do feel like my regional's portfolio is amazing (I am the most anti-brownnoser i know lol.). I have called other community directors for help whenever I have needed it and they are quick to assist. I get paid fairly and I am able to affect real, lasting change when it's needed.
