Ring, so you can communicate with the prospect. Have a sign at the entrance stating that every room is under surveillance and to feel free to ask questions along the way. Remove doors from all rooms including restrooms & in each restroom have tent cards that state not for use, public restrooms are available in our office. Home Depot has “hinged plugs” to put up so you can easily paint the door frame after removing the doors. Makes it very easy to rehang doors when needed. Plus by removing the doors it gives the feel of larger rooms. Your self guided tours will go much smoother!!

We use ring cameras too, and put up signs.
