We include these 'nests' with the notice. It's a Little Debbie star crunch and we printed bird stickers to go on top. I manage a 55+ property and the boring renewal letters are so sterile and impersonal especially if they get them every year for 10 years. So each year I come up with a different h theme and there's always some kind of inexpensive treat or item with it.

I did these at one of my properties and it was big hit. Most the stuff came from the dollar store!
