?️ Want to maximize your results with contractors? Here's a good way to start:

✅ Have a General Scope of Work Ready: Your project vision doesn't need to be perfect, but the more details you provide, the better your contractor can help bring it to life. Think of it as painting a picture together—every brushstroke matters!

✅ Have a Budget in Mind: Don't be afraid to share your budget with your contractor. They're here to help you realize your vision, and understanding your financial constraints allows them to tailor solutions to fit your needs. It's all about collaboration to achieve the best possible outcome within your means. ? Bonus Tip: If you're in the budgeting phase, let them know, they will be happy to collaborate!

✅ Have a General Timeline in Mind: Expectations sometimes need to be tempered. From material delays to weather setbacks, unforeseen challenges can arise. Your contractor will work with you to build a realistic timeline, ensuring that every step is accounted for and that we navigate any bumps in the road together.

By preparing these essentials and fostering open communication with your contractor, you set the stage for a successful project journey. Let's work hand in hand to turn your vision into reality! ??️

Great advice! Having a clear scope of work is like giving your contractor a roadmap to success. It’s amazing how much smoother projects go when everyone’s vision aligns from the start.

I agree with this concept except where you said to share your budget number.
NEVER SHOW YOUR CARDS but ALLWAYS use the Scope of Work to share with 3- contractors with out sharing your Budget numbers.
