    I use mileage IQ. Just get in and go. At the end of the month I get a report I can print off and send over with my expenses. I can set it to auto classify drives between places or between times to automatically be classified as a business drive.

    If you're already using Quickbooks for accounting, the mileage tracker tool is built in and very easy to use.
