The residents, resident events, residents realizing we are here for them, that I can feed my need to feel like a private investigator at times?, all the pets I get to pet on daily, and the ability to watch my teammates grow into our future PM’s. The list goes on and on. ??

Solving problems and learning about the codes and laws. And 50% of the residents.

The sense of community. Also, I used to love to read biographies and I like life stories. I learn something new from every resident & prospect.

Watching the positive changes you can make just by caring about the property and residents. It can be very rewarding.
