Help! What are your credit criteria for multiple applicants? Do you require a minimum credit score for co-applicants? Do you require anyone over the age 18 be a leaseholder or allow to be an other occupant?

A person under the age of 18 years old cannot legally sign a contract. All applicants must meet the property qualifying criteria individually.

Everyone 18+ has to apply and be a leaseholder. We use the one with the highest credit score as the primary resident and only at least one has to have the minimum score. Income requirements are also a combined amount as a minimum requirement.
