Lindsay Schlatter oh we didnt have a vendor. This was many years ago. We just tried to manage it ourselves. I dont have any feedback using a vendor though that would be interesting

Brent Williams hi! Just exploring ideas. From butter, to milk, toilet paper, travel size laundry soap, etc.

Lindsay I think the biggest question is what point of sale system would be used. Hotels/motels have had things like this for years, so it probably has merit, but unless it is a vending machine, I wonder how the checkout process would go.
As I think about this, it would be interesting if the charge could just be added to the rent for convenience sake, so there is no point of sale in that sense.

Remember you are a Property Manager first.
Trying to serve two masters can get tricky.
Unless this is a vending machine I see the potential for so many problems.
