Looking for a good insurance contact. As it is eating our lunch, I'm sure just like everyone else. Most of our properties are up around 60% in two years. We are located in Arkansas and Texas.

Although I have had increases the past few years, this year's renewal - which just occurred last month - saw premiums drop about 5% with no change in coverages.
