Looking for AI solutions to help monitor recurring maintenance issues to help identify potential larger issues was created by Katie Vohwinkle

Looking for AI solutions to help monitor recurring maintenance issues to help identify potential larger issues. For example if a floor of building has had plumbing issues called in multiple times the system could flag work order as potential larger issue or give some preventative maintenance ideas monthly based on the previous months calls. Does anything like this exist?
