OK, so I have to ask since it's student housing . . . who does more damage, the pets or the students?

Judy, hahaha! Not even a competition, the students (mostly). But students WITH pets are quite the combo.

I added poop. Bit honestly sometimes its the pee too. Peeing in halls stairs or breezeway. Or peeing directly outside an entrance and ruining whatever manicured landscape is bordering. Not going to designated pet areas.

In 23 years of property management poop is the biggest issue I have experienced. Of course some people don’t follow policy and sneak animals but in the grand scheme of issues that isn’t “hurting” me. I have not had too many people complain about noise. But more than 75% of people with dogs do not clean up after them and that is a problem for the residents and the staff

Dog attacks have been a real thing lately. But usually, it is an unauthorized animal.
