Paradigm Management (we're DC Metro based). We don't require additional insurance but do require insurance for those at affordable communities who have pets (in our jurisidictions as the pet is optional, we can require renters insurance for those who opt to have pets).

Lexington, no additional insurance required. I also know MAA does it.

We have no weight limits or breed restrictions. This is per my owner show is very pet friendly.
