For my book, "50 Interviews: Successful Property Managers" (Volume I), I interviewed 50 successful property managers across the United States. They were from: Arizona (1), California (3), Colorado (4), Florida (1), Georgia (1), Idaho (1), Illinois (2) Michigan (1), Minnesota (1), New Mexico (1), New York (1), North Carolina (1), Pennsylvania (2), Texas (3), Virginia (1), Wisconsin (1).
What I found was that many of them had 7 key strategies in common:
