I'm the Assistant Community Director for one of UDR's class A properties in the Baltimore area. With the US economy being in the condition it is, we've started to see an increase in our evictions and delinquency over the past couple of months. How is your property handling the increased delinquency and resulting evictions? Any ideas on how to prevent this? Is it hurting your occupancy?
