Ipod docking stations for treadmills/ellipticals? was created by Courtney

I keep hearing about apartment communities with portable Ipod docking stations for machines in their fitness centers. Does anyone know where I can find these? :blink:

Hi there you may want to shop online or in
the apple store. I have seen a lot online from
Amazon, eBay and etc. There are a lot of ipod
docking station even in if it is not from apple.

You should go to your local gym and ask where they got theirs! I know the gym I am a member at uses after market ipod docking stations as well controls for TVs that are mounted to the ceiling.

The problem with that idea is that the larger clubs are the ones most likely to have them and they are probably a part of a larger chain (24 Hr Fitness, Bally's, Gold's, Powerhouse come to mind). They probably do not make purchasing decisions at the club level; you will probably have to contact the corporate purchasing department for that information.
