If you can't get a better price by negotiating with a retailer or manufacturer, why not try splitting a bulk order with a couple other apartment communities? This website is the perfect place to organize such an endeavor. In fact Brent, I think that could be an entirely new module to this website - bulk/co-op purchasing. Lots of details to work out, but I think it could be a great addition!
