Need a property advisor for the Carnegie PA area

Not sure if you know what I do but we electronically submit data for section 8, PRAC Contracts HUD etc. such as Annuals, Interims, move in and move outs. We also create a monthly HAP (Hud Assistance Payment)
report for the managers or owners.

I have an owner who is looking for someone is has knowledge of this.......

they need to hire a manager with lots of experience with section 8 housing and HAP contracts, REAC inspections, etc..

or

They need to hire someone as a consultant (could be a manager at some other property) with a great resume that can "represent" my property in front of HUD. They want to make sure the property is "guided" by someone who knows government housing and someone who has good track record....I need to hire an advisor..

We would do the electronic submissions thru the Imax system so that service is not needed they are located in the Carnegie, PA area about 2 miles from the city of Pittsburgh..
