What are the needs of Properties today?? was created by Anna Smith
What are the needs of property management today? What issues do you all face on a day-to-day basis (pet waste problems, pool issues, landscaping issues, etc.)?? I am a product developer for a cataloger that caters to apartment properties nationally and am trying to get some ideas on new products and trends that are out there that my company is not currently offering. Please reply with any suggestions or input that you might have. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone!

Hi Anna,

First let me say that I love Peachtree products. I can say that 90% (if not more) always find what I need. The one thing that I have come accross is a particular sing allowing local law enforcement the right to tresspass and arrest violaters onsite. While peachtree has great "No Tresspassing", "No Loitering", and "No Solicitng" sites, they do not offer a sign which states that local law enforcement (Police) are allowed to tresspass and arrest onsite.

It would be good if the sign read as followed:

ATTENTION – LAW ENFORCEMENT ATHORITY TO PROCEED

This is a private property that does not allow any Soliciting, loitering or trespassing. All visitors are to obey our community policies and regulations. Management/Ownership has permitted local law enforcement full access/authority to arrest and/or trespass any individual not complying with our rules and regulations.

NOTE: VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED

Just a suggestion. Otherwise, I really dont see anything you guys dont already offer.
