Mystery Shop Companies and Rules of Thumb?

I am an Ellis fan as well. I shopped for them over 6 years ago and I now use them to provide shops for the company I work for. They have always been very professional and provide a great report for you. I have never received a shopping report back from them that I was not pleased with. They are more than happy to work with you on specifics of a shop such as, only shop on a Saturday, use a specific lead or use this specific scenario.
