I recently wrote about the virality of DollarShaveClub.com and why “social discovery” is now a serious way we need to look at our marketing and stories. Are they sharable? That was the question I posed. Well, in the the case of DollarShaveClub.com it was over shared. Nice problem to have.
I can’t wait to see how they pull out of the onslaught of orders and overnight success they have achieved from their viral video and great business model. I was quick to sign up and after waiting nearly a week for my order to arrive I received this email yesterday. I think it’s a great message and I love how they’ve set the tone again with a bit of humor. I’m willing to wait a bit. Enjoy.
