Prior to forming RailField, Todd was a founding partner of J.S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients on over $25 billion of multifamily transactions. Todd previously held several positions at Fannie Mae, including Director of Capital Markets in the Multifamily group, Vice President and Senior Counsel at Merrill Lynch and a corporate attorney with O'Melveny & Myers L.L.P. He has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in real estate law, compliance, and deal structuring.
