What does your model unit look like? (Please spill the tea in the comments) Dated? I hope not. Tired? Just need some sprucing up? Up-to-date and ready to wow your residents?
Here’s a little inspiration with some of the latest trends I recently designed for multi-family corporate housing. Do one of these sound like you? Or hey you can blend styles. That's SO eclectic and on-trend.
Boho Chic
Mix and match with this casual groovy style. Think of your most collected items over time yet staying minimal. Whimsical with a little funk. Geometric pattern, earth tones, white walls, indoor plants and two-toned (not matchy-matchy) relaxed cabinetry. 70's inspired wall hangings nail this happy throwback cozy look.
Grand Millennial
Young nostalgia. Hip with a tinge of Nana’s house-style. Modern meets traditional. Chic colors of yesteryear with a new twist. Granite, antique glass and brass or copper shine!
Cottagecore
Back to basics. Celebrating rural life. Fresh clean with a hint of cozy. Open the windows and breathe in light and bright airy looks. Familiar pieces, wicker, reeds, plants, hand-crafted.
Coastal Cure
The sand & sea are calling. Relaxed laid back style infused with shades of blue. The most calming of the color spectrum. America’s favorite destination, the beach/lake....vacay vibes. Jute and sisal rugs complete this look, matey.
Mid-mod Mood
Mid century modern vibes, geometric shapes, throwback retro colors. Earthy, cool feel with a contemporary twist.
Modern Metro
Lofty. Big city. High Contrast. Open concept. Cutting edge. Gritty and sweet. Little bit country and a little bit rock and roll.
Urban Farm
Farmhouse-ish. Comfortable laid back lived in nostalgia. Juxtapose of black and white mixed with warmth and texture. Playful patterns. Moody, rustic and modern touchable textures
Industrial Chic
Black and white influences. Modern styling. Metal. Galvanized. Shiny. Clean. Sharp. Hard edges encased in softness. Black anchors and is very grounding and mainstay. Contrast of white feels airy and open. Basketweave mosaics, exposed brick and ceilings.
Crafted Loft
Thoughtful touches. Discerning eye. Curated pieces all come together. Navy is the new neutral. Bold modern fresh. Stylistic.
A few inviting accessories, a fresh coat of paint, a statement kitchen backsplash and/or new floating floors may be all it takes to elevate your current model home and attract new folks to your community.
