We found ourselves finding it hard to keep up with all the different suppliers and services available in multifamily.  The dramatic increase in options has been fantastic for the industry, but it also makes it difficult to sift through all the noise.  So what we thought would be helpful is to have discussions with different property management leaders on the challenges they face, and what suppliers they chose to help with those challenges.  And finally, we want to hear the end results, in how those suppliers impacted the property management companies’ bottom lines.  We only want to feature suppliers we think are doing interesting things in multifamily, and who have property management clients who can showcase their story, as well.  No property management participants were compensated for their opinions, although Multifamily Insiders does collect payment to cover production costs, editing, and to provide additional resources to the Insider community.
