I began my career as a leasing agent with Lincoln Property SW Inc. and evolved into a Marketing Director in the ensuing 5 years. When LPC SW, Inc. morphed into Property Company of America, I was promoted to a position of Regional Manger, and later as a Director of Property Management. I have ground-floor experience in all aspects of multi-family management, training, property disposition and acquisition. My portfolio at Property Company of America spanned six states and eight metropolitan areas. I received the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1986.
I joined Case and Associates in 1993 and served as the safety coordinator, regional manager, and added commercial and office property management to my experience level. In 1995, I accepted a position as Regional Asset Manger for TGM Associates LP.
In 2000, I established Vision-Quest Publishing and began providing publishing services, marketing consulting and support services for authors and real estate management companies, including The Leinbach Company, and Spherexx.com, where I joined as an employee in 2007.
Specialties: During my tenure at LPC and PCA, I was instrumental in establishing an in-house advertising agency, developing advanced multimedia advertising campaigns for luxury construction property and renovations.
I am a published author, under my pseudonym, Eryn Adams, of "King of the Shore," and I have had the opportunity to publish for The Linick Group, Inc., NY. I also am a photo journalist and write articles for The Practical Gourmet and Epicurean Traveler magazines.
