Has anybody else had issues with residents and work orders regarding when they work from home? Too many of my residents have been complaining that they work from home and that they would like for maintenance to come after hours. Any suggestions or perhaps letters?

Well that's an interesting twist. I would have thought that with residents home, it would be easier to schedule service because you don't have the objection of "I want to be home when someone enters." We can't win, huh?!
