We have previously had Buildium but they lack the CRM/Lead management module. We have had Entrada for a couple years but it has some serious limitations in its accounting and reporting and is a general pain in the ass. We have 4 properties with just under 300 units total.

What multi functional software are you using and why? I am looking into Real?Page One SIte.

Have you looked into Appfolio? They have solutions for portfolios of your size, I believe.

I would suggest taking a look at PropertyWare from RealPage.

We need an all in one solution like we have now. WE do our sales tracking. BlueMoon integration and web pages through the management software. Looking for a solution that offers the same. I just talked to someone from Yardi Breeze and that was a bare bones solution- not for us.

We converted to RealPage Onesite in 2013 and use most of their platforms. Overall it is a great software, some minor frustrations with the platforms don't always work as seamlessly together as they like you to think but we continue to improve our operations and continue to add new platforms as needed.

We were unable to use the bluemoon forms due to the constraint of signature lines allowed on their forms - we completed our own form packets and used doc management to create our forms with custom and generic merge fields, the possibilities are endless and we continue to streamline and add forms to the sites library of forms.
