I am looking for a director of housing in MA. The person needs to be familiar with the affordable tax credit regulations in that state along with assisted living. Does any one have any recommendations as to whom I may contact?

Would you guys consider relocation for the right canidate? I know a few good individuals that are very strong in Affordable Housing and are looking for a change currently. But they live either here in Florida or Atlanta Georgia.

Only if they have some recent history with the Mass CP3 tax credit programs and assistend living (which I was just told is the most important qualification). Without that knowledge and background a candidate won't get an interview.
