We are thinking about changing our property to a non-smoking property. I have a few questions regarding how to go about doing so. For properties that have switched from smoking to non-smoking, do you not allow smoking anywhere on property or do you have a designated smoking area? How were you able to successfully switch over from smoking to non-smoking?
