Any CRM companies similar to Yardi's CRM that you would recommend?

Currently using Yardi and are looking to implement CRM, however, their fees are outrageous and we're looking to find a similar company that can provide us lead tracking, call automation, follow up emails, guest cards etc.

Are you open to suppliers reaching out, or are you just looking for recommendations from customers?

I used to use AppFolio, but i was extremely displeased with their software, with their customer support, and with the results i got. Since firing them one year ago, i have been doing things on my own, with vastly better results; but i would also love to hear good recommendations from fellow owners who have gotten good outcomes.

There is a new software launched recently. It's name is YottaReal. This software came out to the market with all short fall from other ones including Yardi and Onesite. They have solution to most of the modules including website in one place as bundle. We don't have to pay hefty fee like we pay with onesite or Yardi. Based on volume of the units, there may be a better deals we can close with them.
