No it can't. However focus on what can be. Your customer service, your curb appeal etc. I know that can be done.

47 year old property and people are begging to get in. Housing has really gotten out of control. Well maintained but I don't know for how long. Can not even get a semi-experienced maintenance tech hired here.

No. Although our apartment homes are in pretty darn good condition for thei age, the demand way outweighs the supply.

Everything should always be perfect. As multifamily costumer service professionals it is our job to make it as seamless & stress free as possible. ( the whole reason we are in this industry )

Our units are clean and in good condition but not perfect and our tenants are happy. Some tenants have been with us 20 + years.

The condition of the apartment should always be as perfect as possible no matter what the rent is…… never move someone in to a unit you wouldn’t accept for your mother.
