What is everyone doing for leasing collateral after tours? Have you gone paperless or are you still handing out folders with flooplans? If you have gone paperless what are you doing?
Thank you!
I may be set in my old school ways- but I think it is still important for all prospects that walk in, walk out with something to physically remember you by!
Paige Koly i usually have a flyer i can download for the property which has all our info on it. or at the very least a business card. Something to trigger their memory.
Paige Koly kind of goes to follow up calls (or texts) after showings. I learned old school customer service back in the day when I worked at a large trauma hospital. Some things never leave you. You just learn how to incorporate them into this new phase we are in. I will say this, I don't miss hand signing lease paperwork!! haha
Video follow up with attachments are a great way to personalize the post tour follow up and set yourself apart from the traditional model of a brochure and business card!
I like to have both options. Personally I like to walk away with material, but I recognize that a lot of people prefer a follow up with a digital brochure.

We have collateral, but obviously, it's up to the preference of the prospect. I've shopped places that are paperless, and it feels so impersonal. If someone prefers paper, it should be an option.
