That question is going to need some clarification. How many units, how old is the building, is it a class C property, there are a lot of variables. The last company I worked for had 194 units spread over nine buildings in various locations. They averaged probably about three maintenance requests each day. That was more than the maintenance crew could handle due to the age of the buildings and the time we had to spend just plain cleaning up after the tenants. Silly stuff really. My estimate would be three per hundred units excluding grounds related requests such as "Oh by the way there's a big pile of dog droppings by the mailboxes."
