I am looking to higher a new tech and need a test or some sort of quiz they can take to help narrow down the group. Does anyone have one they can send me? No need to reinvent the wheel here.

What's really needed are maintenance classes for site managers. Managers don't need all the skills and knowledge to do the repairs, but they do need to know enough to see if repairs are being done properly. Maintenance tech test give little indication of practical skills. A few years of using techs without practical skills can drive up maintenance cost exponentially.
