Good old White Board! I will add that I've never in my life had as many vacancies as we have at my new (to me) property. We have 2 of these boards completely filled, along with another plain board that I transfer them to when they are completely ready. I've also had to add a sheet of legal paper to the bottom. I have got to get them filled up!!

For this I’ve always preferred a spreadsheet saved in a shared drive.

No one wants to stare at a computer all day.
Our company has an excel spreadsheet, but it doesn’t work for us.
A white board all the way.
We all glance at it when we walk by so it’s never “out of sight, out of mind”

We use the yardi suite of stuff. We have excel documents and myself and the service manager have a make ready board. It’s a lot but it’s necessary because not everyone processes information the same way.
