I send a list of things to focus on and clean. A checklist. It has helped tremendously in getting back apartments cleaner than we ever thought. We have a list of charges for damages but in reality that is suposed to go out when they move in.
We have a move out check list we provide to residents when they put in their NTV which also includes cost for standard items should as blinds, acid tub wash, light bulbs and list that carpet replacements, cleaning and damages, etc are based on vender invoice. It’s been helpful to get residents to clean and not so many questions on the back end once FAS’s and sent to formers.
We put them in the move in packet, if you DM me tomorrow I will be happy to send you over what I have. We also have a stress free clean that we offer and that info is on there also. It has increased my overall revenue!
