I was wondering if any multifamily owners use a 3rd party maintenance technician service in place of the maintenance techs that large property management companies provide? Does anyone have recommendations for how to find 3rd party maintenance techs who are properly trained and accredited to work on multifamily projects while also working on-call for maintenance emergencies?
