Self Closing Apartment Cards?

Has anyone used the Self-Closing Apartment Cards by Toni Blake? They are in the File Bank. I really like them but have no idea on how to use them? Any one have some guidance?

They are awesome to use! I put them up around my community mainly on the tour path. The onese that I don't put up I will memorize them and try to put them to use in my closing statement. I went and had them blown up to a 5x7 size so that they are more visual.

I have used them in vacant apartments. Just print them out on bright paper, and post them all over the apartments. At the entrance, above door knobs to closets, on the bathroom mirror.... My favorite is to post the one that says something like "Newtons law says if you love this apartment and want to think about it overnight, then somoene else will come in and rent it today" on the back of the front door so it's the last thing they see. I have actually had someone calling me the morning following a tour and say she couldn't sleep because of that sign and she was on the way to lease THAT apartment.

I put some in little frames from dollar tree and put them on closet shelves, window sills, in cupboards, etc.

Similar to Newtons Law is one I have done that says "Murphys Law."

Where are they?
