Lease tracking spreadsheet or database was created by Jay Samples

Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone uses an Excel spreadsheet or an Access Database to track the visits by potential renters to a property.

If so, how is it working for you, would you have any tips/hints to share regarding making one, and do you have a sample you could share to give me some ideas for making my own?

What PM software are you using? Most have the ability to track sources, closing, and other information.
