I am in the process of enrollment for graduate school. I'm seeking advice on which path fits better for property management, a human services degree or a public policy degree?

Accounting or Managing different personalities.

If you have both of these, in my opinion, you would have the skills to excel to Regional Manager.

A Masters? Wow! I don't even have my CAM designation. But I did start college a few weeks ago. If I stick to the program, I will have a bachelors in business management at age 55.

Doesn't that depend on why you are getting a Masters Degree in the first place? Teachers are pretty much required to get a Masters or start the process within one-two years of finishing the first year of teaching in some areas, so that's their motivation to get a Masters - to keep their job and progress in the pay range.

Public Policy Administration would be a help in rising up the ranks in City Government positions and in administering Public Housing Authorities. Would that be your career direction? An MBA from a reputable school would open doors in a variety of professions, not just property management.

Pick the direction you want to go.

I believe property management degrees are becoming more common in undergraduate programs, but I guess they haven't hit graduate programs yet? Wish I had more information for you, but I will pass your question along.
