Our office has been conducting a lot of trainings in hopes to be a cut above the rest in our field and town. It got me thinking that I should pick other professionals brains as well. What do you do that is a cut above the rest in this industry?
I can't speak for apartment communities, as I haven't been onsite in quite a long time, but I can say for our business we focus on replying very quickly to people. I know how frustrating it is to have to wait on others to get back with a decision or information, so we try to never be that person. In that way, we try to make other people's lives easier, which I think has gotten us goodwill along the way.
