We have a ton of space near the freight elevator. Previous PM group let it get full of crap!
This is the first impression when moving into the community. I want to add something that will also build revenue. I am proposing storage lockers and bike racks. Anything else?

Rent space to a vendor contractor for convenience items, split the revenue.
