Motivating Your Employees

I hope Jackie Ramstedt doesn't mind me quoting her session at GAA, but this was too good not to share. In tough economic times, motivation of your employees and how you treat them is paramount. This quote sums it up quite nicely!

You will never get your employees to treat your customers any better than they feel the company is treating them.

Another instance of treating your employees right came to me from Wayne Williams of ALN Systems. I met Wayne at the GAA show this past week and, of course, went to look him and ALN up online for more info.
