Hooray for state groups! Congrats on moving into this venture Brent as it will be a great tool for local teams to network amongst industry peers.
Our goals: to hire more good people (we just hired a dynamite!), to start the subscription roll out of FetchFans now that we are out of private beta (hooray! six months of testing and we are good to go) to continue attracting great new customers and their testimonials (just approved as the national vendor for Keller Williams Realty International for its agents and market centers to use FetchFans to build their custom-branded Keller William FB pages) and to continue staying very focused on our customers and their needs (never the competition) as that is what keeps our lights on and make our customer's happy.
Cheers to 2012 and a profitable year to all!
To cherry pick one thing you said, I think sooo many companies fall into that trap of focusing on the competition more than their own service! It really creates a negative atmosphere, when we could be putting all our attention on the amazingly cool things we have in the works. Congrats on the new subscription service of FetchFans!
Last year I decided to go fully on my own and take my Maysonet Group entity and establish it as a full service Property Management firm in Florida. We currently manage all the way down from Homestead Florida up to Jacksonville Florida. We have entered South Georgia. Our goal for 2012 is to continue to grow and continue providing quality service at reasonable rates, and hopefully expand to at least two other states. I have faith in God we will exceed our expectations!
